How to Sell Credit Congress to Your Management Team

Credit Congress is the premier event of the year for Credit Professionals. This year it was held in St. Louis, Missouri. There were 34 members from the Salt Lake affiliate in attendance. I decided to ask several of the members how they get their boss to let them go. Nine Methods for Establishing Credit Limits
By establishing credit limits for customers, a creditor retains discretion over credit granting. In other words, it places a ceiling on the amount of orders a company can place and doesn't promise to extend credit further.
