Ethics & Standards Help Make Good Decisions
by Lisa Keller, CBA, Peterson Plumbing Supply
For many of us January is a time of reflection and resolution both personally and professionally. It's a time when we take stock of what is working and what isn't, where we are and where we would like to be. As professionals, we should all strive to be the best that we can be. A Heartfelt Thank You!
Thank you to all who made donations to Candy Cane Corner
at our December meeting. As usual, our association continued to be very
generous in remembering those in our community, especially the children, who
need help at a time when help is most needed. Your support for Candy Cane
Corner benefited many who would, otherwise, go without during the Christmas
season.

I attach a copy of their aging. Read full article
Know Your Customer and Be Prepared
by Kelley Kunz, CCE, Martin Door Mfg.
When I get ready to make a call to a customer, I get prepared. I do a quick review of their payment history, check for disputes, returns, and read my notes. We have a procedure to write notes on all calls made from the AR department and to also make notes when we hear information that is important. Read full article
ICEL December

by Erik Wright, CBF, Spectrum Engineers
For many of us the December ICEL Christmas Program has become an integral part of our holiday traditions. However, this year's program was exceptionally special. Reminiscent of a family Christmas gathering, the intimate nature of the performance joyfully carried us away with the Christmas spirit. Read full article
